All items are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners. This means your order is created just for you after it is placed.
Processing Times
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they are shipped.
During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or new drops), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Wellness Vibe Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
